This Policy is applicable to all the members as well as any other persons that their personal data is collected, by whatever means, used and held by us.

2.1.    We will only collect, use and hold your name, telephone number, email and address. No other personal data will be collected by us.

3.1.    You may provide us with your personal data at your own will.  All personal data, i.e. your name, address, email and contract number are regarded as mandatory. If you fail to provide the said mandatory data to us, your application for our service will not be accepted.

(a)        Identification:  verification of identity for handling requests of access, correction and erasure of personal data;


(b)        User Account: Registration for an User Account; Identity verification;


(c)        Provision of Services: operating, maintaining and providing our services and facilities; confirming instruction or order from you; communication between you and the Company in respect of the services provided by the Company to you;


(d)        Communications and Enquiries: sending emails to you for updating the services provided by the Company and responding to your enquiries; Newsletters and reminders will also be sent through email; and

5.1.    In order to ensure the correctness of the members’ personal data, particularly contact details, retained by us, you may receive our request of confirmation or verification. 6.1.    Apart from statutory requirements and/or the purposes stated hereinabove, the personal data we collected about you will not be transferred or disclosed to any other party without your prior approval.

13.2.  We may not so provide your personal data to the said financial institutes unless we have received your consent or indication of no objection.


13.3.  The provision of your personal data to the said financial institutes is for gain (in case you and the financial institute reach any agreement for providing loan).
