  1.          This Website is owned and operated by the Company. No reproduction, republication, upload, copy, transmit, distribution, display or otherwise use of any Materials on this Website is allowed or permitted without prior written consent from the Company.

The User are responsible for the use of any information obtained from this Website. Termination

  1.       The Company may terminate this Agreement, any User account created by the User on this Website and the User access to this Website at any time and for any reason whatsoever. The Company will have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement, any user account created by the User on this Website and the User’s access to all or part of this Website if the User breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Termination of this Agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this Agreement.
  2.       The Company reserves its right to suspend or terminate any access to or use of this Website by any User at any time at its discretion and without notice.

Miscellaneous

  1.       These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Parties as to the subject matter of the Agreement and supersedes and cancels in all respects all previous correspondence, understandings and agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether such be written or oral.
  2.       In the event that any term condition or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be a violation of any applicable law statute or regulation the same shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and Conditions and shall be of no force and effect and these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect as if such term condition or provision had not originally been contained these Terms and Conditions.  Notwithstanding the foregoing in the event of any such deletion the Parties shall negotiate in good the faith in order to agree the terms of a mutually acceptable and satisfactory alternative provision in place of the provision so deleted.
  3.       These Terms and Conditions is governed by and shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong and all the Parties hereto hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts in connection with any matters arising hereunder.

不締結代理、合夥人或合資關係

  1.   本使用條款並不會為雙方締結任何代理、合夥人或合資關係。

雜項

  1.   本使用條款包含了雙方所有同意條款，在本使用條款以外雙方的書面或口頭意向書、書信往來、理解及協議一律取消，並被本使用條款取代。
  2.   任何一方未行使或延遲行使任何要求對方履行及遵守本使用條款的權利，不構成對前者的權利造成任何影響或被視為放棄該權利、亦不被視作前者放棄向對方追討違反本使用條款的權利。
  3.       若本使用條款中的任何條款被認為違反任何適用的法律或規例，該條款須被視任從本使用條款中刪除、沒有任何效力及由始至終並不存在，亦不會影響本使用條款中的其餘條款的有效性。
  4.       在本使用條款內，所有屬單數詞包含複數詞的意思及反之亦然； 而單性詞語亦包含所有性別的意思。
  5.       在本使用條款中，標題只為方便之故而不會對本使用條款的解釋造成任何影響。
  6.       除非另有規定，所有通知須是書面形式及以電郵方式發予對方電郵地址。若收到對方的自動電子回覆，通知會被視作被對方收妥。
  7.       本使用條款在所有方面受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄。由本使用條款有關的一切糾紛或爭議，雙方同意提交香港特別行政區法院處理。

Modifications

  1.       The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an update of these Terms and Conditions. The User and any visitor to this Website shall review these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

修改

  1.   本使用條款可不時任出修改，並不時作出更新。使用者須不時查看本使用條款的內容。

Effective Date

  1.       These Terms and Conditions is effective from 1st May 2016.

生效日期

  1.       本使用條款由2016年5月1日起生效。

 

Should there be any differences or inconsistencies between the Chinese version and English version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail. 


中文版本與英文版本之間如存在歧義或不一致時，應以英文版本為準
