Dr Loan was founded by a team of experienced finance professionals. We believe a mortgage should be spoken in plain language, and that every client should be in the driver's seat — so we turned the complex mortgage process into Hong Kong's first platform where AI takes you from assessment to rebate, fully self-directed: AI assesses you instantly and compares rebates across the major banks, then you upload your own documents, track your own progress, and claim every dollar of rebate you're owed. You stay in control the whole way; for complex cases, our advisors step in personally. Our mission is to use AI to put the most professional, neutral mortgage service back in your own hands.

If you run the application yourself, we don't charge you anything — our commission is paid by partner banks; if one of our people takes over a complex case, a consultancy service fee may be charged (generally 2–5% of the loan amount, depending on the complexity of the case), always quoted in advance and only charged on a successful drawdown through us. The bank rebate + Dr Loan referral rebate you're owed — the platform maximises it; after drawdown we'll notify you, and once you reply with your receiving account we'll transfer it. *The referral rebate is on the basis that you run the mortgage yourself from start to finish; if one of our people takes the case over for you, the rebate may be reduced or not apply (the bank's own rebate still counts).
